End User Terms of Service
Prescripa LLC · Last updated September 22, 2026
Read section 3 first. Prescripa is software and administrative support. It is not your medical provider and it is not a pharmacy. Your care comes from a licensed practice and the clinicians who work in it.

1. This agreement
These End User Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, storefronts, patient portals, and related tools operated by Prescripa LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Prescripa,” “we,” “us”) on behalf of the licensed medical practice (the brand’s own practice, or LB Medical Services, a separately owned professional association) responsible for your care (the “Practice”), together the “Platform.” By creating an account, submitting an intake, or placing an order through the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are between you and Prescripa, and they cover the Platform. They are not your agreement with the Practice about your care. The Practice's own consent forms, notices, and policies govern the clinical relationship, and where those documents conflict with these Terms on a clinical matter, the Practice's documents control.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and physically present in a state where the Practice's clinicians are licensed and where the requested service is lawfully available. You must provide accurate information about yourself, including your identity, your location, and your health history. Services are not available everywhere, and the Practice may decline to serve you.
3. What Prescripa is not
- Prescripa is not a medical provider. It does not practice medicine, does not employ your treating clinician's medical judgment, and does not decide whether you are treated.
- Prescripa is not a pharmacy or a compounding pharmacy. It does not compound or dispense medication.
- Nothing on the Platform is medical advice. Content is general information and is not a substitute for evaluation by a licensed clinician.
- Submitting an intake is not a prescription and does not guarantee treatment. Not every patient qualifies.
4. Your practice and its clinicians
Care delivered through the Platform is provided by the Practice and by independent licensed clinicians who exercise their own professional judgment. The Practice is the entity responsible for that care. Prescripa verifies a Practice's business registration and its clinicians' licensure before onboarding and re-verifies at renewal, but verification is not supervision: Prescripa does not direct, review, or override a clinical decision.
5. Telehealth services
Care is delivered by telehealth. You will complete a clinical intake and identity verification, and you will be evaluated by a clinician licensed in your state, using the encounter format that your state's law requires for the condition and the medication involved. Where your state requires a synchronous visit, the Platform will not advance your request without a completed appointment. Telehealth has limitations; some conditions cannot be assessed remotely, and your clinician may tell you that an in-person evaluation is necessary. You may stop using telehealth at any time and seek care from an in-person provider of your choice.
6. Prescriptions and pharmacy fulfillment
No controlled substances are prescribed through the Platform.
A prescription is issued only if the treating clinician determines it is medically appropriate. If one is issued, it is transmitted to a state-licensed pharmacy, which fills and dispenses under its own license and applicable federal and state law. Prescripa coordinates order processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery exceptions; it does not select your therapy.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies for an identified patient pursuant to a valid prescription, and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Product availability varies by state and by the pharmacy serving your Practice.
7. Emergencies
The Platform is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. If you are in crisis or considering harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Do not use the Platform's messaging to report an emergency; it is not monitored for urgent clinical issues.
8. Your health information
Your Practice is a covered entity under HIPAA, and Prescripa handles your protected health information on the Practice's behalf as its business associate, under a written Business Associate Agreement. How information is collected, used, shared, and retained is described in our Privacy Policy. Disclosure of records from an outside provider or laboratory to Prescripa and your Practice is handled through the HIPAA Authorization, which is voluntary and revocable. Your Practice's Notice of Privacy Practices governs the Practice's own use of your information.
9. Payment
Where Prescripa processes payments for services and products ordered through the Platform, it does so as the merchant of record, and its name or the Practice's brand may appear on your card statement.
Payment follows the clinical decision, not the other way around:
- You complete the clinical intake. A consultation fee may apply; its amount, and when it is charged, are shown to you before you pay.
- You are evaluated by a licensed clinician.
- If, and only if, the clinician determines treatment is appropriate and issues a prescription, payment for the medication is collected.
- The order is then transmitted to the pharmacy for fulfillment.
There is no automated path from intake to fulfillment. If a clinician declines to treat you, you are not charged for medication. Any consultation fee, its amount, and when it is charged are set by your Practice and disclosed to you before you are charged. Refund and cancellation terms are disclosed at the point of purchase; medications that have been dispensed and shipped generally cannot be returned, for patient-safety reasons.
10. Your account and acceptable use
Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share an account, do not provide false information about your identity, location, or health history, do not attempt to obtain medication for someone else, and do not attempt to interfere with, probe, or reverse engineer the Platform. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, and we will report conduct we are required by law to report.
11. Third-party services
The Platform relies on third parties: hosting providers, a payment processor, scheduling tools, licensed pharmacies, and shipping carriers. Their handling of your information is governed by our agreements with them and, where protected health information is involved, by a Business Associate Agreement. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.
12. Termination and changes
You may stop using the Platform at any time and may ask your Practice to close your account; records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy and as the law requires. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. When we make a material change, we will update the “last updated” date and give notice through the Platform. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If your Practice stops working with Prescripa, your care relationship remains with the Practice, and we will support the transfer of records at the Practice's direction.
13. Contact
Questions about the Platform or these Terms: support@prescripa.com. Questions about your treatment, your prescription, or your medical record: contact your Practice directly. Prescripa cannot answer clinical questions.
