Partner storefront standard
Prescripa's own application is under review, and each partner storefront is certified separately. Every storefront we build carries the same baseline, so a reviewer's first questions are answered before they are asked.
Every Prescripa storefront includes
- Name and contact information for the responsible clinical entity and for the brand.
- Medical disclaimer and emergency notice: if this is an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
- Eligibility: patients must be 18 or older, located in a covered state, and clinically appropriate as determined by the treating clinician.
- Telehealth informed consent, notice of privacy practices, and terms of service, live and linked.
- Refund, cancellation, and shipping policies, and clear subscription or auto refill terms if used.
- The treating clinician's name, credentials, and licensing state, shown to the patient.
- The dispensing pharmacy's name and license on every order.
- No before and after claims, no weight loss promises, no drug brand names, and no guaranteed language.
- No controlled substances are prescribed through the platform.
Certification
We review each storefront against LegitScript's telehealth and prescription medication standards before it is submitted, and prepare the application with the partner. Certification is LegitScript's decision; we do not guarantee approval. See LegitScript certification.
