Programs

What your program can offer

Each program has its own clinical intake and visit requirements by state. Where a program includes prescriptions, the treating clinicians set the formulary. Select a step to see what happens in it.

Patient path

Medical weight management

Clinician evaluated weight management with FDA-approved and, where clinically appropriate, patient specific compounded medications. Not every patient qualifies.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Patient path

Longevity and wellness

Clinician evaluated wellness programs, not including treatment or prescriptions, with referrals to appropriate providers when needed.

Availability of each program varies by state.

Step 1 of 6 · Your brand

The patient finds your program

On your branded storefront, under your name and your domain. It names the responsible clinical entity and who is eligible before the patient starts.

Prescripa provides the technology and the operations under every step: the storefront, the intake, pharmacy routing, tracking, and support. It does not practice medicine and does not direct or review clinical decisions.

How it works

From signed agreement to first patient

We verify every partner and every clinician before launch. Here is what that looks like.

2 to 4 days

From signed agreement to the first patient evaluated.

  1. 1

    Verification and agreements

    3 to 5 business days

We verify your business registration and sign a services agreement and a Business Associate Agreement. Under Option 1 we also verify your clinicians' state licenses.

  2. 2

    Configuration

    1 to 2 weeks

The treating clinicians define the intake, the conditions treated, and the formulary. Your branded storefront and portal are built around that scope.

  3. 3

    LegitScript certification

    Alongside configuration

We prepare and submit the application with you while setup runs, so it does not hold up launch.

  4. 4

    Care, then fulfillment

    Live

Patients are evaluated by a clinician licensed in the state where they are located at the time of the visit. Approved prescriptions route to a licensed pharmacy, with tracking visible to your team and your patient.

Structure

Who is responsible for care

  • Your practiceOption 1

Under Option 1, your practice and your clinicians are responsible for care.

  • LB Medical ServicesOptions 2 and 3

A Florida professional association and our affiliated professional entity. It is separately owned from Prescripa and contracts with Prescripa for software, administrative, and operational services. Its clinicians are independently licensed and make every clinical decision, including the decision not to treat.

  • PrescripaEvery option

Provides the technology and the operations. It does not practice medicine and does not direct or review clinical decisions.

Platform. The patient's path, and who answers for each step.

Licensed 503A pharmacy partner

Runs on Prescripa: software, pharmacy logistics, and operations

Prescripa never directs or reviews a clinical decision.

Clinician led by design

A licensed clinician reviews every patient before anything ships.

Every intake goes to a clinician licensed in the state where the patient is located. The clinician evaluates the patient, documents the decision, and only then does an approved prescription route to the pharmacy. Patients who are not appropriate are declined, and the platform records a decline as cleanly as an approval. Prescripa does not support controlled substance prescribing.

Every patient record complete and audit ready from the first visit

Intake, identity verification, the reviewing clinician, the decision, the prescription, and the pharmacy that filled it. The treating clinician's name, credentials, and licensing state are shown to the patient. Clinician licensure is verified before onboarding and re-checked on renewal.

Built into the workflow

Every order requires a clinician licensed in the state where the patient is located, the visit type that state requires, and a documented clinical decision. Where a state requires a synchronous visit, the order does not proceed without one.

503A pharmacy partners, managed by us

The treating clinician prescribes from a vetted catalog of FDA-approved medications and patient-specific compounded preparations, which are not FDA-approved. Every pharmacy in the network holds an active license in the states it ships to. Its name, license, and contact information appear on the label and in the patient's portal for every order.

LegitScript certification

Certification, handled with you

Google, Meta, and Microsoft require LegitScript certification before they will run telehealth or prescription medication ads, and most payment processors require it for card-not-present healthcare merchants. We take partners through it as part of launch.

What you provide. Business registration and ownership information, your storefront content, and your policies. You get a checklist on day one.

Timeline. Preparation runs alongside configuration. LegitScript's review usually takes several weeks once submitted. We start early so it does not delay launch.

Fees. LegitScript's application and annual fees are paid to LegitScript.

Certification tracker

An example of a partner's progress. Preparation runs alongside configuration, and we handle each step with you, from the first review to renewals.

FAQ

Before you partner with us

Who can partner with Prescripa?+

Licensed practices use Option 1 with their own clinicians. Med spas, wellness brands, supplement and fitness companies, and direct to consumer teams use Option 2 or 3, where LB Medical Services and its clinicians deliver the care and the partner runs the brand. We verify business registration and clinician licensure before launch.

Do I need a medical license or a clinical entity?+

Not under Options 2 and 3, where LB Medical Services and its licensed clinicians deliver the care. Under Option 1 you do: your practice and your clinicians are responsible for care.

Does Prescripa practice medicine, prescribe, or dispense?+

No. Every clinical decision is made by an independent licensed clinician, and all dispensing is performed by licensed pharmacies under their own licenses. Prescripa builds and runs the software and the operations around them.

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?+

No. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies for an identified patient pursuant to a valid prescription. They are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

Do I need LegitScript certification?+

If you plan to run paid ads on Google, Meta, or Microsoft, yes, and most payment processors require it for card-not-present healthcare merchants. We prepare and submit it with you during launch.

Can Prescripa prepare a storefront I already have?+

Yes. We review it against LegitScript's standards, tell you what needs to change, and submit the application with you once it is ready. Approval is LegitScript's decision.

Can the patient experience carry my brand?+

Yes. You get a branded storefront, patient portal, and domain. The storefront discloses who is responsible for the care, the treating clinician, and the pharmacy, as the law and certification standards require.

Which conditions can I offer?+

Medical weight management, and longevity and wellness. Each program has its own clinical intake, and visit requirements follow the law of the state where the patient is located. Availability varies by state.

How is a patient evaluated before treatment?+

Each patient completes a clinical intake and identity verification, then is evaluated by a clinician licensed in the state where the patient is located, in the visit format that state requires. No prescription is issued and nothing ships without that evaluation. Not every patient qualifies.

How does pricing work?+

Pricing is a one time setup fee, then a recurring platform fee. LegitScript's fees are paid to LegitScript directly. Clinical services under Options 2 and 3 are billed by the clinical partner. Book a demo for a quote.

Can I use my own pharmacy?+

Prescriptions route through our network of 503A pharmacy partners, each licensed in the states it ships to. If you already work with a pharmacy, bring it to the demo and we will tell you whether it can fit into your program.

Who owns the patient data, and what happens if I leave?+

Clinical records belong to the treating practice, as the law requires. Your brand assets and customer list are yours. If you leave, the transition, including the notice period and the handoff of your storefront, follows your services agreement.
